M1 Capital Credit Vault on Pareto operates in monthly loan cycles. Each loan cycle is separated by a netting period. During this time, deposits and withdrawal requests are aggregated, matched, and settled, and the vault’s final capital allocation for the next cycle is determined. The netting period usually lasts between 6 and 24 hours. This is typically the most efficient time to enter a Credit Vault, as new deposit will start earning yield as soon as the new loan cycle begins. The second option is to queue new deposit during an ongoing loan cycle. The deposit request will be processed automatically when the new netting window opens.
