EURe

EURe is an e-money token (EMT) issued by Monerium that represents the value of the euro and is issued at par value upon receipt of funds. Each issued token is backed 1:1 by the equivalent amount denominated in euros, safeguarded either as deposits in segregated accounts with credit institutions or invested in qualifying high-quality liquid assets (HQLA) denominated in the same currency. EURe is deployed on multiple blockchain networks (including Ethereum, Gnosis, Arbitrum, Linea, Scroll, Noble, and Polygon) and is designed to enable fast, low-cost onchain euro transfers and integration with SEPA via Monerium’s web3 IBAN.
