REENTAL – Granada 2 (GRX-2) is a tokenized real-estate loan investment located in Castell de Ferro, Granada (Spain) on the Costa Tropical. The project consists of a new residential development known as the “Pearl of the Costa Tropical,” located approximately 200 meters from the sea. The development will be built on a 1,900 m² plot and will include 30 one- and two-bedroom homes with private terraces, landscaped areas, and a communal pool, designed with a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and residential comfort in a coastal environment with strong tourism demand.The investment model is structured through the RNT-GRX-2 Series, where the loan is secured by the ownership of the land, and the financing is granted to one of the companies that owns the asset within the Reental group structure.
