"Qualified Minters can swap USDz for SPCT on a 1:1 basis, and then SPCT can be redeemed for fiat, USDC, or in-kind securities from the underlying asset portfolio.

Any user may swap USDz on a 1:1 basis for undeployed USDC held by the USDz contract."

"USDz can be directly minted through deposit of SPCT (secured private credit token), by Qualified Minters (QMs). Direct minters must pass KYC/KYB/AML and be whitelisted. QMs can obtain SPCT by depositing USDC or fiat USD.

USDz can also be obtained by depositing USDC to swap for USDz on a 1:1 basis, facilliated by a Qualified Minter which can supply SPCT collateral."
