cUSD (Cap) is a dollar stablecoin backed by a diversified basket of “blue-chip” dollar assets managed in the Cap Stablecoin Network and redeemable 1:1 for the underlying reserves. Cap’s design uses a Peg Stability Module to mint/burn/redeem against approved collateral (e.g., regulated payment stables and tokenized MMFs) to keep the price near $1.
