Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund (GBP)

gbpSAFO is the GBP share class of the Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund, a tokenized UCITS fund (French SICAV) co-created by Spiko and Amundi. It generates stable yields above the GBP overnight rate (SONIA) benchmark through fully collateralized total return swaps (TRS) with Tier 1 bank counterparties (G-SIBs rated A- or above). The fund holds a diversified portfolio of equities and bonds, and exchanges their total return for overnight rate + spread via daily-reset TRS. This results in a low-volatility, cash-equivalent profile with overnight liquidity. NAV is computed daily by CACEIS and published on-chain via oracle. Shares are registered as tokens on Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Starknet, Etherlink, and Stellar.
